Reports the definitive settlement between EGA and the Republic of Guinea on May 6, 2026; the State held a 49% stake in CBG (Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée) and had suspended all bauxite supplies to EGA's Al Taweelah alumina refinery in Abu Dhabi; settlement includes Guinea paying a lump sum to GAC (Guinea Alumina Corporation) in exchange for asset transfer to Nimba Mining Company (NMC), and renewal of CBG-EGA bauxite supply on revised commercial terms.
