State Department confirmed the US deployed a Disaster Assistance Response Team and urban search-and-rescue teams, and allocated $150 million to Samaritan's Purse, Catholic Relief Services, WFP and OCHA. Treasury issued a General License on June 25 to permit humanitarian transactions despite existing Venezuela sanctions.
