These Terms govern your use of rbtfl, the website at rbtfl.xyz and its mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

what rbtfl is

rbtfl is a multilingual world-news reader. It publishes our own clinical synthesis of events alongside short, attributed excerpts of third-party reporting, each linked to its original source. We do not host or republish full source articles. Source material remains the work of its publishers.

accounts

Some features require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We store basic profile information to operate your account, described in our Privacy Policy. You may stop using your account at any time and request its deletion by emailing humans@humblepaper.co.

acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or republish our synthesis wholesale;
• interfere with, probe or attempt to breach the security of the Service;
• use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
• misrepresent the Service or remove attribution from content you share.

Reading, and sharing links to our pages, is welcome.

intellectual property

Our synthesis, selection, arrangement, design and code are ours. Quoted excerpts and the underlying reporting belong to their respective publishers; we use short attributed quotations and link out to the source. You may link to our pages. You may not republish or redistribute our content beyond personal use without permission.

third-party sources and links

The Service links to external sources we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

no warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy, but news synthesis can contain errors or become outdated, and we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for a purpose. Nothing on the Service is professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rbtfl and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
