Al Jazeera's relief roundup details the non-Western mobilisation Western wires underplay: India flew a 41-member medical team, a field hospital, portable hospitals, 30 tonnes of relief and 6 tonnes of medicines on two air force aircraft; China's government and Red Cross Society sent a rescue and medical team; Cuba's health workers were already mobilised; Turkey sent a 67-person team; El Salvador 300 rescuers and 50 tonnes of supplies; Brazil, Mexico and Colombia sent teams. Acting president Delcy Rodriguez said only UN-certified rescuers would help search.
