Confirmed Ukraine struck oil refineries in both Krasnodar Krai (Slavyansk-na-Kubani) and Yaroslavl Oblast overnight. Reported that President Zelensky acknowledged both strikes. Noted that Slavyansk ECO is an independent refinery with annual capacity of about 5.2 million tonnes of crude and processed 4.19 million tonnes in 2023. Krasnodar Governor Kondratyev confirmed fire at the facility along with damage to a power transmission line and a gas pipeline.
